NOVELTY, WEB HUMOR CONCERN FILES ITS STATEMENT OF CONFIDENCE
Local company complies with directive in order to keep American economy stable

August 23, 2002

This has been a dark time for American industry. Left and right, corporations have violated the trust of the public which loves them so. As a result, the Securities and Exchange Commission recently forced the heads of the country's leading companies to stand behind their accounting and financial records and put down in writing that everything is "above the board," as the old saying goes.

Amalgamated Humor, Inc. was not excluded from this directive and, in the spirit of full disclosure, we present here to you now, the documents we recently filed with the government.
