| Description |
Through a series of circumstances I shall not go through here, I have come into the posession of one full steer. I am willing to part with it at a substantial discount over what you would pay at your typical local "butcher." I have not measured it as I don't have a big scale, but it is the size of a regular cow! All work will be done by myself (I have been reading up on this and have also purchased the pertinent knives) and my buddy Dave who has an uncle in the meat business.
