Remake Heaven! |

What great news! I love remakes, because I already know
what is going to happen and wether or not I'll like it. I don't like
taking
chances on new stories I've never heard of.

George and Ringo |

I think Leo would be great in "A Hard Days Night" as either
George or Ringo - or both (digitally)!

I'm glad they're re-making "Gump", but they had better use Tom
Hanks! He IS Gump. I will be very mad if they don't use Hanks...
unless
they use the young guy who kinda looked like a young Tom Hanks in
"That Thing That I Saw You Do". You know, that drummer kid. Hey,
maybe he could play Ringo too! Go, Little Tom Hanks!

It's a Madhouse! A Madhouse! |

Do you people realize that there are a finite number of films
that can be made by Hollywood? For every movie that gets re-made,
there is an original script that will never see the light of day! What
if
re-makes were always prevelent as they are today? Some of the films
above might never have been made in the first place. Besides, the
originals are fine as they are. You want to see them again, rent them!

The subject of Norm's post reminds me - where is that re-make
of Planet of the Apes we've been hearing about? I'm looking forward to
being surprised by the twist ending again.
